Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together:

  • Flour

  • Baking soda

  • Lange Kosher Salt

Set aside.

Step 3: Cream Butter and Sugars

In a large mixing bowl, beat together with a mixer:

  • Butter

  • Brown sugar

  • Granulated sugar

Mix until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Step 4: Add Eggs and Vanilla

Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

Step 5: Combine

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
